What to expect as a Brick Nest Realty client when buying a home:

- What is your goal? First, we need to figure out exactly what it is you are looking for.
We have put together a printable form which you might
find helpful as you work through the process of examining your needs and desires.
- Laying the groundwork: At the same time, we can help you to get everything in order on the financial
side - getting you preapproved so when that perfect home comes along, there are no surprises and you will
be ready to pounce!
- Finding your needle in the haystack: Once we know what you are looking for in a home, the search begins! We
will scour the existing inventory as well as set up customized, automated searches which will scan all new
listings as they hit the market and alert us when a new listing meets our criteria.
- Boots on the ground: Whenever a possibility that you'd like to see comes along, we will make all the
arrangements to bring you to the property and check it out in person. When a home comes along that seems like
it might be "the one", it is not uncommon to want to take a second look. Or a third, or a fourth... We
understand this and are more than happy to accommodate!
- Working for you: Its important to remember that the agent who has their name on the sign in a home's
front yard is working for that seller. Their job is to sell that house quickly and at the highest price possible.
As your buyer's agent, we work for you and have your best interests at heart. Our job is to get you the home
you want at the lowest price possible. We
can advise you in regards to a home's asking price versus market value, offer strategy, and so on.
